Answer:  It's software, after you write a bunch of code the complier makes the code into a program, thay ain't cheap but you'll use it all the time.

I think the better ones can also take a program apart into code as well. We don't do much scripting like that so you might want to keep asking people who do that for a living

Look for sites that review software, see what people who use them say about them, thats how we decide on new software we buy
